The best travel companion!

This Yesim app is very helpful and makes your travel comfortable. Internet connection is great and this app could be advised for people who travel occasionally.

Worked great!

Me & my Husband recently both purchased and used yesim for cyprus holiday & Turkey holiday. Worked well in both countries and was really easy to install and use when arrived at both locations. We love that you can purchase & install but then perspone untill needed. We activated our esims just before we set off to the airport. Wottsapp customer services are amazing also! Would always use yesim for all our travels and recommend 10/10 , the company is brilliant!

I have been using the app for 2 years

I have been using the app for 2 years. No complaints. I recently bought 20 gigabytes for $20, the speed was on average 30 Mbit/s. I updated the tariff to Unlimited for a day, the speed dropped to 3 Mbit/s. The location of use did not change, the support responded slowly, they made me do a Speedtest 3 times and in the end they said that the problems were on my side. Spat. I bought a tariff on Mobimatter 15 gigs for $11.99, the speed was 134 Mbit/s. Both YeSim and Mobimater worked on Verizon Mobile networks. The support did not solve the problem in any way.

Data plan ends too soon!

Bought a 7 day unlimited data plan for the balkan. Everything worked fine but on the fifth day I received an e-mail that my plans was about to expire in 12 hours. Way to early (!) and I've send them an email right away but unfortunately I'm still waiting on a respons.

E-sim and customer service

I have used the e-sim internet for Turkey and UAE. In both countries the SIM card was working without any complications and the internet speed was excellent.
When I wasn't sure about something I just contacted the customer support and in few minutes someone came to help me with my plan.

Good value once connected

Customer Service was very responsive but it took time to find the solution to achieve activation after arrival (use of a vpn). The list of in country providers in the app seems inaccurate and as automatic network selection seemed ineffective this meant trial and error to get a reasonable speed connection. Very good value once connected.

Very Expensive, Poor Coverage

September 2024...my wife and I purchased e-SIM's from yesim for an upcoming trip to Australia. $75 CAD for unlimited data, no voice, for 30 days. Their setup instructions were poor and difficult to follow. We were unable to get it to work, even after arriving in Australia.

A friend we were travelling with went into a Telstra store in Sydney, Australia upon our arrival. He purchased an e-SIM there for $27 CAD giving him enough data for 30 days, plus enough voice calls to get us through the 28-day vacation where we needed to confirm some reservations, call restaurants, etc. While we were in the Telstra store, I asked the salesperson if he could look at our iPhone settings for the yesim e-SIM and see if he could get it working. He very happily did, and in a few minutes he had us up and running...thank you Telstra!

But that wasn't the end of our problems. Part of our vacation included 2 days on Kangaroo Island. We discovered that with our yesim e-SIM's we had no coverage there at all, so we could only text back home to Canada when we got to our hotel's wifi.

I would NOT recommend yesim to others.

Great for flight crew or a business traveller!

This app has been invaluable to myself as a pilot. My main provider covers a lot of destinations within Europe but the ability to have a global sim for the places where I’m not covered and have to pay through the nose for a “roaming pass” is great. The global sim is great for per MB usage to stay connected, but the ability to activate postponed unlimited plans for my layovers is fab. Can use the global sim to activate my local pass for 24 hours at a time. My main one is Egypt. Good luck finding cheaper data for the odd day here and there. I feel slightly smug when other crew are clinging to hotel WiFi!

Very useful app

Very useful app. Using it for last 4-5 years. Had problem in installing eSIM on my new phone. Wrote to the support team. Got very quick answer with help on email and message on WhatsApp Very professional support team and app. Sure will recommend to everyone.

eSIM for travellers easier

Yesim has brought a lot of convenience to the travellers. It should develop to as well as the physical SIM card functionality which the customers don’t need to do anything after installing it. Thanks Yesim for making our life easier!

Great service and support

Great Plan

Easy to use and I liked the plan (Middle East) on a visit to Jordan, Egypt, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The infinity plan takes the guess work out.

The pricing is fine, the rest doesn't make much sense

The pricing is fine.
But you cannot buy more than 1 esims on 1 account, so if you want 2 you'll need 2 accounts. Which seems weird to me.
And esims start automatically on the date of purchase, it doesn't matter if you use it already or not. Unlike other providers.

Not helpful to have search pages conceded to Polish language.
Also unhelpful to only receive email when at 30% remaining in balance. Would be better to do more often at an earlier stage.

Best eSim out there

Best eSim out there. I have used Yesim in three different countries now and the speed has been second to none every single time.

Easy to install - no technical knowledge needed. I have never had a problem and it’s been bang on every single time. Would highly recommend Yesim to those travelling around Europe or who don’t need a traditional sim.

Would recommend 5*

Used a few eSims, but I needed one for Bosnia which a lot of eSim providers did not support, so switched to Yesim!

Downloaded the app, great for tracking usage and activating the SIM, within a minute or being on Bosnia I enabled the SIM and it came alive right away without a hitch for my entire trip.

Would recommend and use again!
