Very bad virtual number service

I bought a few virtual numbers for registration in social networks, the first time I went to the site everything worked, after 2 days I want to register on one of the numbers again, and in the end SMS does not even arrive

Great app with fast internet

Great app with fast internet! I used the International plan when traveling, also Belarus. I was very pleased with the support, which helped me quickly solve problems when I was on the road! Thank you very much, I will recommend it to my friends.

Very cost effective and easy to use

This app was already promising when I downloaded it and had support for the Laos (not many other apps had support!). Installing it on my phone was a little tricky the first time, but support was able to help quickly. Once the eSIM connected to a local tower, it worked beautifully and speed was FAST!

In conclusion, plans are affordable, speed was very reliable, UI is easy to navigate and customer support was very helpful. Will be using Yesim again when I travel next summer.

This works perfectly for me in Israel!

Installation on my iPhone 12 PRO was very easy. I had a good network connection everywhere, and I hope it will remain stable in the countryside of Israel as well.

Bought an eSIM, no data and no support for 14 hours.

Tried to buy eSIM for Malaysia. They use Digi as a local operator. Got the error "Your SIM card does not allow a connection to this network" when trying to connect. Messaged support via WiFi connection. They made me set up a new eSIM which obviously resulted in the exact same problem. No solution provided after 14 hours of waiting (0800 GMT +8 till 2200 GMT +8.) Customer support takes at least 1 hour to reply to a message, even if you instantly reply when they send a message. As of writing this review, I have requested and am still waiting for a refund. (I requested a refund after 6 hours of waiting for a solution.) Highly encourage everyone to avoid them, at least for Malaysia, due to their poor service quality, poor customer support, and general incompetence.

Sudden internet crashes

Sudden internet crashes, support isn't fast enough. Almost waited 1 day to get response so I had to ask again. Had to reactivate another eSIM 3x in 1 week so my connection stays. And the speed get dropped to 256 kb/s after 1gb usage/day which isn't mentioned properly before purchase. All in all no good experience with eSIM in Turkey.

Good choice for US travellers

I live in US and use local sim. I was backpacking through Portugal and Spain for a month and as a roaming I used internet from Yesim. It was easy to run on my Iphone 11. The service is quite good and the prices are really low. I spend only 15 $ for it

This company seems a scam

This company seems a scam. I bought an esim from them. Installed it, got signals as well but I was not able to use internet. I tried all the settings and everything, even the 3g sign appeared as well but I couldn't even load a single chrome tab. I tried emailing them and sending them messages but no response. These guys completely ruined my holidays.
Stay away from them at any cost.

Customer service was good in that the…yes

Customer service was good in that the chat responded immediately but nothing was credited to my account and so I cancelled, waist of time, They offered to send my query to the technical department,but They had no problems taking my money , luckily I paid with Paypal and able to dispute it immediately and get a refund, LOOK ELSEWERE !

DATA Without Borders

This was my first ever experience using an eSIM, and I feel not just satisfied, but jubilant on picking this option. It truly opens access to mobile DATA globally — absolutely beyond borders. Their YESIM App walked me through the process of eSIM installation, connecting to the local Data provider, and subsequently allowing me to purchase and monitor my data usage.

I purchased their Pay-As-You-Go option, which allows me to use it in 138 countries — though, I am essentially using it between Canada & the US. I often use the DATA to make voice calls using VoIP phone apps, including Google Voice. I find their pricing very budget friendly, in fact, cheap.

Using YESIM has been a very satisfying experience, and lest I fail to mention, their customer support is phenomenal. Well done, YESIM.

Tested the App for the very first time

Tested the App for the very first time. I didnt really know about eSim before. So I searched the internet and decided to try it in my trip to Sri Lanka. I'm a remote worker and Internet is my air) Luckly the app worked pretty wall. I didnt have any issues during 2 weeks. Thats why my score for this app is high!
