I had two claims with YS claims specialist can’t recommend anyone more than them from start to finish, they handled my claim professionally and efficiently. The team was responsive, kept me updated throughout the process any issues or questions i had was dealt with extra care and ensured everything was taken care of without any stress They arranged everything from repairs to a replacement vehicle with a brand new like for like vehicle also recovered my car from london to their garage in Birmingham free of charge and dropped the car off to london within few days repair seemed like a accident never happened factory finish with a complimentary wash and a full tank of course.
My second claim the car was deemed total loss got paid in full in no time more than i was expecting without spending a single penny on excess highly recommend YS Claims for their outstanding service and support! Best in the game don’t hope to be involved in another accident but will definitely use them all the time.

Good company, you just hand the details required they do everything else for you, no worries or long waiting everything was done efficiently and swiftly.Furthermore the company gets you in contact with other organisations who will lend you a car.For the period where you can’t work due to not having accessing to your vehicle they contact a solicitor on your behalf to get compensated for you work payment.

I thought I’d leave a quick review on YS. I saw these guys on TikTok and one of my friends has used them in the past and also recommended them to me. I was very skeptical with using anyone other than my own insurance, however, I decided to put my trust into YS, and being completely honest they were amazing all around! They have been very transparent from the beginning till the very end, I’ve been able to get ahold of them at silly of clock when I’ve needed to speak to them. I’d definitely recommend them.

Awful company to work with. Very shocking service never have your best Interest at heart. They transfer your to another claims company and once they get the commission they ignore all emails and calls. I’m constantly chasing them for my own car back out of storage and was told I need to pay charges. I bought my insurance of these boys and they forced me to give them to claim. They sell dodgy insurance and do dodgy claims. Just a middle man. It’s been 6 week I’ve reached a settlement figure and still ain’t been paid. This is awful the way you treat me. Minus 5 stars to be fair.

Alhamdulliah brother Hasan and his team done an excellent service. Picked up the damage car within an hour of the incident and dealt with the claim swiftly.
