Wanna give a big shout out to YS Claims and their team for helping me with my accident claim. Being my first accident i was left a bit confused on what to do and YS made this easy for me taking over and helping me through the claims process. It resolved quickly and i was kept updated throughout. In the end, my vehicle was deemed a write off and i got a great payout - much more than expected. Would recommend their service to anyone as they genuinely care about their customers.

I was referred to YS claims when I was involved in a non fault collision, from day one they looked after me providing me with a 21 plate Mercedes CLA as a courtesy car for my Bmw 1 series. No other AMC offered me a true like for like except YS who actually upgraded me😅. They gave me weekly updates and reassured me that they will get it sorted for me and they did just that! Liability was confirmed and they repaired my car back to showroom condition and even had it delivered back to my doorstep as the MOT had expired, complete with a full tank and a wash. Would highly recommend YS claims to anyone who’s been involved in an accident as they will definitely take care of you.

YS helped me so much when I had my accident. I called a different accident management company and they seemed a little slow called up YS and they got everything sorted within two weeks. They came and picked my car up which was a 2017 Audi A5 and I was given a 72 plate BMW 420i thanks to YS. They got the repair done very quickly making it look brand new and even tho I couldn’t come and pick up the car they delivered it to my home address as well as giving it a full valet service and a full tank of fuel. YS really take customer satisfaction to another level. Can not recommend and thank YS Claims enough.

Had an accident on 24th of Feb called YS claims on the 25th. They arranged a courtesy car brand new 72 plate seat Leon, my vehicle ( Ford fiesta 2009) so definitely better then a like for like. I had received the cheque to get paid out and even had the car over a week after that so I could find another car.
Couldn’t recommend them enough for anyone that’s been in an accident they took all the stress away made it simple, no waiting around for a courtesy car and best part I didn’t have to pay my excess of £750.

I had a non fault accident and decided to contact YS Claims, they provided exceptional service and I would definitely reccomend as they constantly kept me updated with my case and in a short amount of time paid me out in full for my car as it was a total loss. Overall I was really impressed, YS claims is definitely my go to from now on if i ever get involved in an accident again. I highly reccomend YS claims to anyone who’s been involved in a road traffic incident.

WOW!! YS Claims do not fail to disappoint! I had a crash a few weeks ago, i was driving and someone rear ended me.
I gave this guys a call and they took my car gave me a 72 plate Volkswagen to keep me mobile, my car was a total loss and i got paid in full this morning.

I have had an incredibly positive experience with this company. They are very reliable and provide an excellent service. The response times and availability of staff has been great. The support provided, has also been to an excellent standard!

I was provided with a courtesy car in the mean time of sorting my original vehicle out and was given regular updates throughout this process.

Had an accident and YS CLAIMS was recommended to me. It was the best decision I made as I received a replacement car straight away and the car I got was beyond my expectation. I was happy with my repair on the car and everything was done in reasonable timing.

This brother hasan at ys claims is genuinely the most humble person he helped me throughout the whole process from min 1 to the end. He and his team were efficient and quick to deal with my claim. They took all the stress away and dealt with everything. I only had to provide details once and they did the work. The response to my messages and calls was fast and also the pay out was extremely fast within 1 hour of getting the claim completed they gave me the money.
