Well done Zzoomm

Right from the start the process of switching suppliers to Zzoomm was made effortless by their processes and levels of customer service. I was kept up to date about appointments and Omar turned up precisely when expected. The weather was freezing and ground covered in snow but he carried on regardless. He explained everything he was doing, discussed options on cabling etc and minimised the disruption to walls etc.
within very little time the switch had happened and I was up and running.
So far faultless. Well done Zzoomm

Perfect service.

The engineers turned up exactly when they should. Both Chama and Georgina were professional, polite and well-mannered throughout the visit. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for the installation in a timely manner. All areas were left clean and tidy before the engineers left the property. Hand over was easy due to the extensive knowledge of the engineers. This has been THE most seamless visit of any service that I can recall. These 2 should be commended for their skills and attention to detail. The attitude of the engineers is brilliant. I’m glad that my friend recommended Zzoomm to me. Top marks all round.

Brilliant Service

This has all been very easy to change over to Zoom, appointments made effortlessly and on time, Justin rang to see if I was free a little bit earlier which worked well for me and we were all done without any issues.
Would highly recommend Zoom, and Justin the engineer was brilliant. 🤩

Lee - The engineer who drove through snow and -6 degree weather

Woke up and had no internet, spoke to Wayne who organised for an engineer to attend the next day after attempting helpful troubleshooting.
Lee (Cheshire area) was dedicated enough to drive through -6 degree weather and snow to resolve the issues with my ONT this morning. I am extremely grateful. He replaced it in full and provided new cables and in depth guidance on how to test the line to ensure a consistent service moving forward. Lee was very friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Thank you very much.

Business Customer - thank you Sunny and Qadeer

We are a business customer and new to ZZOOM, we had an error with our wifi connection and Sunny organised for an engineer (Qadeer) to be with us within 30 minutes... talk about a rapid response team!!
Qadeer identified the error and replaced the router and tested to ensure all was ok - increasing our speed and leaving us extremely happy. Thank you both for your fantastic service today 8/1/25

Joe and Justin were brilliant fitting…

Joe and Justin were brilliant fitting our internet. They came across some issues and overcame them and kept us in the loop the whole time. They made sure we were fully informed before they left about how to work the modem.

Just had Zoom 500Mbp fibre installed

Just had Zoom 500Mbp fibre installed. The whole process was incredibly efficient. The chaps that did the survey then installation explained it all in advance and made it happen without a hiccup. Very pleased.

I had no fibre for 6 days between…

I had no fibre for 6 days between Christmas and new year, rang them to be put on an appointment 2 weeks later with reassurance that it would be sorted within two days, after the two days I rang again as I had no response to be given an appointment for an engineer 2 days later which they didn't even bother to show up for or let me know, I then rang back up to be told they would be with me next day between 8 till 12 so when they didn't show again I rang to complain as I've now lost two days wages waiting in for nothing. Surprise surprise as soon as I complain I had an emergency engineer come a couple of hours later and finally sort it out.Then I recieve a email off the complaints team saying thay have closed my case and here is one week fibre free as a sorry. Im two days down in wages being self employed so thanks but no thanks I will not be using them again after this. I never had problems this with sky,bt and talk talk so will use someone else in the future.

Amazing service

I had to contact zzoomm today after a power cut knocked out our Internet. My call was answered really quickly by a lovely, helpful girl who sorted the problem incredibly quickly. Amazing customer service. 10 out of 10 zzoomm 😀

Brilliant engineer Paul J

From start to finish nothing but professional. Had to change my start date due to illness over Xmas but the people on the phone where brilliant and fitted me in just after the new yr. Unfortunately I didn't confirm I needed both the survey and installation done on the same day. But the technician who came had a quick survey and fitted me in anyway. Absolutely astounding very efficient, friendly and just cracked on with it. 5 star. Easy

Fantastic and professional

We have just had Zzoomm installeed by Jo

We have just had Zzoomm installed by Joe, he was really efficient and friendly. Fully explained the process and where would be best for the router to go, he left our house tidy. He was lovely. Very impressed with Zzoomm so far.

Good company to deal with

Good company to deal with, quick response time and accurate responses.
Price plans are very competitive.

Only negative comment is the rental cost of the WIFI extender is not cost effective.

Had an issue with speeds etc

Had an issue with speeds etc, called and spoke with tech support. An excellent session with a very knowledgeable guy who sorted it all out in a very supporting way. The only thing I could find fault with - at times there was a lag between what I said and his response and vice versa, maybe a VOIP thing.....other than that, well done.
