Had an issue with speeds etc, called and spoke with tech support. An excellent session with a very knowledgeable guy who sorted it all out in a very supporting way. The only thing I could find fault with - at times there was a lag between what I said and his response and vice versa, maybe a VOIP thing.....other than that, well done.

The engineer Ysabel came she was amazing and now everything is as it should be. So far so good Not good at all Since getting zoom 1G offer My old laptop would not connected The Wii will not work The Alexa lights stopped working These problems happened to a neighbour too The smart tvs take ages to load Netflix etc if they load at all The signal drops out frequently I could not recommend Eventually they are sending an engineer out offered when I did not want to renew

having zoom fitted for the past year has been relatively ok not had any real issues until your contract ends then it's the same old scam where they don't look after existing costermers. now I have to pay more for much less than a new costermer deal is. your remaining costermers should be there number 1 priority.

Omar and Colin Jago came to do my internet they were both arrived in the time frame given and we're really friendly and stayed untill the internet was up and running so they could make sure everything worked perfect couldn't of asked for better engineers so polite

Honestly the worst WiFi I’ve ever had it can’t even support a damn game of fifa when it has “500mb WiFi speed”. I would not recommend this failure of a wifi broadband as it’s gotten so bad to the point I’m going to go with a real WiFi provider like BT when I’m living with my parents. I would never even let my grandparents have this WiFi as I feel bad for people that never use internet as it would probably kill them with stress before the government does never buy this stay away at all costs please

Paul and Daniel were great for the install. Right on time, not so bright, but definitely early at 8am. They did as much of the quite outside work as they could before making a bit more noise towards 9am. Very courteous of the property. I had some technical issues and spoke to Mark on the phone. Great, UK based call centre with a lot of knowledge and ready to help.

There was an initial problem with my broadband this morning. After a brief call I was sent an email with advice on how to fix the issue. (Sadly this didn't work) Early this afternoon an engineer arrived at the house to fix the issue. Service was excellent on the phone, via email and in-person. And all fixed in a day!! Superb

Less than two days from ordering to installation, the engineers Iris & Kieran were great and did an excellent job as well as testing and getting us online. Over the expected 500Mb/s up and down, seems like a good hub, kept well informed via email and switch from Vodafone went without a hitch. Can definitely recommend Zzoomm and will be doing so to all our friends.

WiFi is terrible. Laggy on consoles and fire sticks, cuts out randomly quite often. Only good thing about them is the excellent customer service but it’s useless when the WiFi is just terrible.

Fantastic service. Our installation was not straightforward due to our preferences, but the Engineer Georgina was brilliant.
