Following a local problem with the server the online technician said there was a problem with the light being sent to our address (told it was too low). No more mention but then out of the blue they said there was too much light now and want to send a technician to physically attend to check out the problem. Certainly an improvement on our 43 year experience with BT. This is a company that appears to be monitoring there service commitment and dealing with it on a proactive basis. Keep up the excellent service.
