Following a local problem with the…

Following a local problem with the server the online technician said there was a problem with the light being sent to our address (told it was too low). No more mention but then out of the blue they said there was too much light now and want to send a technician to physically attend to check out the problem. Certainly an improvement on our 43 year experience with BT. This is a company that appears to be monitoring there service commitment and dealing with it on a proactive basis. Keep up the excellent service.

Amazing service

Very punctual and efficient, as well as extremely helpful and friendly. I’d absolutely recommend working with this company, and a special thanks to Rob and Randal for the installation.

Great Service

Hello just wanted to leave some feedback regarding the service visit today. Firstly Joseph the engineer called to see if he could attend my property earlier than planned which I was happy about and he arrived promptly around 30 mins later. When he arrived he introduced himself and got to work, he worked through the issues we had and fixed the problem, whilst at the property he was polite, professional, efficient and friendly. The customer service we have received received from Zzoomm and Joseph has been great, Thank you

Zzoomm are fantastic

After losing patience with the complete inefficiency of trying to get broadband installed with EE, I decided to go with Zzoomm, my neighbour had an installation a few weeks ago and using his recommend a friend link we both are due a cash reward.
I arranged to have my installation on 23rd December and from the moment I contacted this amazing company I had regular emails keeping me fully informed. Luke and Bradley arrived on time on the arrangerd day and were absolutely lovely. Polite, respectful, efficient and tidy. The installation went smoothly and I can fully recommend Zzooom to anyone wishing for a reliable, service from a company who actually care. Thank you

Booked in Wednesday and all setup and…

Booked in Wednesday and all setup and connected on Friday. I had been waiting on Virgin media for 5 weeks to get me set up and enough was enough, I cancelled the appointment and went with Zzoomm, wouldn't look back, or go with virgin media in the future. I work from home full time and I had just moved into a new house in a new location, I needed internet otherwise I can't work, Zzoomm, you're amazing,thanks. Also the tech that came was very friendly and helpful and good at his job. One happy customer.

Router dead

On initial call the receptionist was most polite and helpful. A lovely manner and informed me what she thought the problem was. Arranged an engineer visit that day. Informed by text who was coming and when. Arrived when expected and fixed the fault
Excellent performance by all involved.

Great experience

Paul and Dan came to install the internet. Great service the guys were great. Explained everything about the internet and the set up as well a cleaned up after the install. Excellent service.

Excellent Service

I had ZZoomm Broadband installed 2 days ago and all going well so far.
Randal and Rob, the technicians who came to install it, were very prompt, professional and efficient. They did a very neat, tidy job and provided Excellent and friendly service. They answered all my questions and gave useful advice.
I was very impressed with how neatly they installed everything, both inside and outside - great job!

Fabulous service

First time I'd had to call for any reason. Incredible service. Phone call was easy and gentleman was very supportive and polite. Engineer here within 90 minutes of phone call, amazing!!! Engineer absolutely brilliant. Can't recommend enough. THANK YOU!!!

Full fibre installation

Had full fibre installed recently and the whole experience was excellent.
The install of the fibre cable was very challenging due to several blockages in the conduit, but the team were brilliant even finishing off the job professionally in the cold and dark.
Install inside the house was also very good. Customer support also really helpful and great speed all around the house on the new fibre.
Would highly recommend zzoomm to anyone interested in full fibre!!!

Always thought if it isn’t broken don’t…

Always thought if it isn’t broken don’t fix it. So stayed too long with BT. ZZOOMM installed in a friendly, considerate and friendly way a fortnight ago by Iris and Kieran. Biggest benefit for me is saving money massive extra speed is just a bonus!

Great install by Zsombor, Curtis and Dipak

Great install by Zsombor, Curtis and Dipak. It was painless and i cant even see where they buried the cable in the drive. The guys were also extremely courteous and professional. I am now enjoying Zzoomm speeds and putting all my BT kit into recycling :-)

Adam and Curtis were excellent

Adam and Curtis were excellent. Professional, efficient and friendly! They did a brilliant job at leaving the property clean and tidy when installing the wall box, fibre connection box and Ethernet cables. I cannot fault them!
