New technical requirement to use the Union Registry.
From October 15 2015 access to the Union Registry has been restricted to web browsers supporting version 1.2 of the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. After this a connection to the Union Registry with less secure protocols is not accepted.
Most of the recent browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari) support TLS v1.2 by default but we strongly advise users to check their compatibility with TLS 1.2.
