  • Zero-Touch Deployment and White Glove Service: From prep to deployment, our team managed the entire setup and delivery directly to healthcare facilities, with Epic Rover being installed remotely through Apple’s Zero-Touch deployment model using Apple Business Manager and MDM, providing a truly hands-off experience. With project managers on deck to handle daily details, the customer’s internal team could stay focused on caring for patients.
  • Agile and Reliable Support: When supply chain snags threatened timelines, our agile response kept the project on track. The rollout wrapped up on schedule, exceeding expectations and setting a new standard for reliability in technology deployments.
