I don't usually write reviews because I never know what to say. However, I love to hear you talk which is why I chose to purchase an audio version of your book. I thoroughly enjoyed it as I did with Never Enough. You made me feel what you were feeling as a child, even though I never experienced anything like your life. My childhood was essentially uneventful. I wish you had shared more of the details, but I am sure you have another book in you that might include stories of your college years, your trip to Italy and perhaps more details about why the Trump family is so cruel. Donald is a terrible excuse of a man and I will never understand the stupidity of millions of Americans who will vote for him. Go Kamala! Thank you, Mary for a great read.

Thoroughly enjoyed this book. So much misery, pain and death could have been avoided if Dr Birx and the administration could have worked together. I think she saved many lives by collaborating with the state governors and local officials. It really was horrendous how the Trump administration totally screwed up the Covid response effort. Thank you, Dr Birx for your perseverance.

This is a great book. I have been impressed with Fiona Hill since she testified at the Trump impeachment. She is a remarkable woman, very articulate and has an amazing grasp of world politics and social statistics.

I actually did enjoy reading (listening to) this book. Jonathan Karl is an excellent writer and the narration was just as good. However, I did find it to be another book with chronological content. I have read many other of the "Trump" books which have said much the same thing. I may be wrong, but I feel there was very little that I did not already know. The last chapter was enlightening simply because the book was written more recently. Therefore, to be fair, this was a well-written book, and would recommend it to anyone who wants to know the full story. I don't think any other author could top this one.

Good, but......

I was somewhat disappointed with this book. It was well written and narrated; however. there was little that I didn't already know. There were many detailed conversations which only confirmed that Donald Trump is not a good president. I will refrain from any further comment regarding him since I am not an American. A sad state of affairs for such a great country.
