I loved this book. I've recommended it to baby people and I am most definitely re-listening to it likely several more times. Thank you for writing this, thank you for shedding light on all these often unquestioned common inherited beliefs. I value so much of what you highlighted all throughout this book and for me, this way of thinking sits better with my heart and soul. It just makes so much more sense and I can't express how much comfort I got from hearing all your research, theories and examples. I've never book marked any other book so much!! I can't say thank you enough times. Also, lastly, the humor throughout this book had me laughing out loud on several occasions. Absolutely mint 👌 .
If you feel like something is wrong with the constricting, conflicting, resentful, controlling or limiting feelings found in traditional monogamous relationships, I can not recommend this book enough for you!

Absolutely memorable series

Took a little bit at the beginning but once I got a good feel for the characters and the scenes, I was done for. I think I listened to these 83 hours of amazing story telling in less than a month. I read someone else's review before downloading, and they had said how they couldn't wait to start listening again to see what Carl and his crew were up to next. I 100% relate to that sentiment. Wonderful narrator, fantastic voices, charismatic and unique characters, hilarious predicaments and enticing adventures. Such a memorable series, I will be listening to it all again.
One part in specific had me laughing so much I was tearing up. Pretty impressive when a book can do that! Well done!

Love the advice, hard listen

I absolutely love Jordan Peterson, he's amazing and brilliant. I'm so grateful for his publicity, his books, his videos, his accessible content and his influence on the world! With that being said, he is incredibly smart with an elegant, scholarly vocabulary which can make listening to him difficult. I'm also not hugely interested in religion and even though I understand that he is looking at it from a philosophical perspective, the long drawn out references make my attention wander off.

the book starts okay, enticing enough. Actually as I was listening to it since it was already in my audible Library I kept thinking to myself why do I recognize this book but don't remember how it ends well about halfway through and as it droned on and on pointlessly about politics which is not my strong suit, I'm a fantasy thinker, I realize that the reason I don't remember the ending is cuz I probably did last time what I'm going to do this time and I'm quitting on the book. not captivating enough for me sorry
