Some unbelievable stories and great lessons to learn with exercises (accountability mirror is a favourite) however felt it got to too many similar, still unbelievable, stories of same thing after repeat of navy seal qualifying or another race.

Book got better as it got going

I know the f word is in the title, thought for marketing but if you do not like to hear it skip the intro. It seemed every second sentence F word was being used. Almost turned off by this but glad I persevered as some good stories and points shared later on.
