I find Quin's thoughts a little verbose. And the female narrator a little too wispy sounding at times.

Meanwhile, Aiden Snow is definitely one of my favorites and I still have no complaints about his narration.

The passion is undeniable. SO easy to get caught up in the story with these narrators.
The story of really good too, of course, even if I AM ready to move on a little before the final chapters. It's been a wonderfully series and SO TOTALLY WORTH IT!!

This might be one of my favorite series by Eva Chase. Slow burn romance and totally worth the wait.

Didn't feel rushed. Tied up loose ends. Really good plot.
Still really disliked the narrator. Sometimes you get used to okay-level narration, but I found it annoying and choppy until the very end. Oh well.

The cliff hangers are SO GOOD.
I still disliked the choppiness of the narrators voice but she's pretty good at most of the character voices. I found this one less exciting than the first, but still liked it. Maybe I've tired of this narrator.

Super complex with so many different simultaneous story lines. Interesting characters, even though some scenes were quite disturbing.
The narrator did a good job with the character voices, but the in-between narration is quite annoying at times. This might bother some people more than me, so I would recommend listening to the preview before purchase. I really do love the plot though, so totally worth the read for me.

Fraternity and Sorority college life. Main female character is super girly and naive (immature due to her age and lack of real-world experiences).

The story lacks depth and is over all far too rushed. I think if it was drawn out more with more thorough writing if might get more emotion from the narrators, too.

Also, female voice isn't a good fit for such a young girl.

I read The Lost Sentinel series first, which takes place immediately prior to this story of the griffins. I didn't know this was in any way part of the same world as that group of characters (though, it makes perfect sense that it is) when I started this series. They are not a huge part of the current story per se, but it's still just SO cool to hear the mention of my favorite badasses!

I'm not a fan of the lispy-sounding narrator. But the recording quality might make it worse. She's not good at men's voices, though. And most of the main characters are men.

See title. So much happens. This series is awesome, and I wish there was more to read. The lives of all the characters are set up so nicely and their future plans sound exciting.

The narration for this series is quite awesome, too. She does an awesome job of making everyone sound distinct. That must be difficult with So Many characters always being together in a conversation. Yeah, sometimes I have to figure out who's talking and then backtrack to re-imagine the conversation with the correct faces, but I'm still thoroughly pleased.
