Wayyyy too much scientific and medical terminology in this book

I love Mark Hyman’s podcast but I had a difficult time making it to the end of this book. I have somewhat of a medical background and yet, ALOT of this information was over my head. Also, I agree with a previous review, that there is no way that anyone would possibly have the time or money to implement all of his suggestions.
