This book is inspirational without being preachy. I like GC and the 10x story. Positivity is key. I would tone down the the real estate messaging but that’s ok

Story
Few entrepreneurs can claim to have radically changed the way we live, and Ray Kroc is one of them. His revolutions in food-service automation, franchising, shared national training, and advertising have earned him a place beside the men and women who have founded not only businesses, but entire empires. But even more interesting than Ray Kroc the business man is Ray Kroc the man. Not your typical self-made tycoon, Kroc was 52 years old when he opened his first franchise.

I liked the author. I can see why the author has had success in the marketplace. The positive message was uplifting and helpful for many. I do think it needs to be said that excessive obesity is not healthy. True you should not be unhappy because you’re obese but if you find you’re morbidly obese really there’s no much more important than finding ways to educate yourself and spending as much time as possible to reduce the impact it is likely to have on your health, physical and mental health. This is not the same thing as shaming yourself or others. But if you’re so significantly overweight it should not be considered as unimportant or unmentioned. Glitter on top of something that is spoiled does not fix the underlying issue. I’m not saying glitter won’t help, just that glitter should not distract from the core underlying issue be it weight or otherwise.

The family success has been incredible over the years and they have done so much charitable work. I don’t like how people try to take down those who are successful. This book covers an incredible story. Possibly it was a little too journalistic and not enough deeper insights but overall I liked how it allows me to make up my own mind.
