Story
In the affluent town of Weslyn, Connecticut, where most people worry about what to be seen in and who to be seen with, Emma Thomas would rather not be seen at all. She’s more concerned with feigning perfection - pulling down her sleeves to conceal the bruises, not wanting anyone to know how far from perfect her life truly is. Without expecting it, she finds love. It challenges her to recognize her own worth - at the risk of revealing the terrible secret she’s desperate to hide.

I loved it. I actually listened to it several times. All three books in the series are great.

Story
Purple-haired, sharp-tongued Reese MacKay knows all about making the wrong choice; she's made plenty of them in her twenty-odd-years. She moves to Miami with the intention of hitting reset on her irresponsible life, and she does quite well...aside from an epically humiliating one-night stand in Cancun with a hot blond bouncer named Ben. After three long years of balancing law school with his job as a bouncer at Penny's Palace, Ben's ready to lead a more mature life - until his first day of work, when he finds himself in the office of that crazy, hot chick he met in Cancun.

I love this book and all the others in this series. It is a great story about Ben’s life. It gives us a chance to see he is not as superficial as he seemed in the other books.

Story
Jonah Wydner has been in love with his neighbor Eleanor Trombley for years. He has watched her life play out from the sidelines - homecoming dances, football parties, and first dates. Her life seemed easy...simple...perfect. The complete opposite of his own. But when Eleanor's younger sister goes missing and the national media sets up camp in the middle of their street, the girl with the seemingly perfect life shows up in Jonah's garage in search of a place to hide from the hurt and chaos.
