Story
The eagerly awaited new audiobook from the Emmy-winning, Oscar-hosting, Daily Show-anchoring Jon Stewart - the man behind the mega seller America (The Book). Where do we come from? Who created us? Why are we here? These questions have puzzled us since the dawn of time, but when it became apparent to Jon Stewart and the writers of The Daily Show that the world was about to end, they embarked on a massive mission to write a book that summed up the human race.

Do you miss Jon Stewart? Then look no further. This is definitely the old style the Daily Show used to present as so it's a nice blast from the past. Get America, too!

I love Robert Petkoff's voice and have been listening to a lot of books that happen to have him as a narrator, mostly political books, mostly from reputable sources so his voice feels trustworthy. This made this book even more enjoyable for me.

In this award-winning Audible Studios production, Trevor Noah tells his wild coming-of-age tale during the twilight of apartheid in South Africa. It’s a story that begins with his mother throwing him from a moving van to save him from a potentially fatal dispute with gangsters, then follows the budding comedian’s path to self-discovery through episodes both poignant and comical.

John Lithgow is a treat and a national treasure

John Lithgow is a genius, but we all knew that. Whether you were introduced to him via third rock from the sun, or his many many serious roles, John never ceases to amaze and this is just an extension of that.
The audio book version and the print copy, in my humble opinion, are both necessary to enjoy the book fully.
If you pick up the print version, you are missing out on John's witty delivery, and if you pick up the audio book only, you'll miss out on that amazing illustrations.
Fun for the whole family.

In a world full to bursting with would-be heroes, Jim couldn't be less interested in saving the day. His fireballs fizzle. He's awfully grumpy. Plus, he's been dead for about 60 years. When a renegade necromancer wrenches him from eternal slumber and into a world gone terribly, bizarrely wrong, all Jim wants is to find a way to die properly, once and for all. this autobiography feels way more complete than John's. though I do like 'So anyway' I felt it mostly focused on the pre-python days an ends as the pyhtons take off, but I wanted to know what happened afterwards, and this sortabiography did the trick.
