About this listen

Storyline Trump's a Forced Narration! A Must Read!
ℹ️ Fantastic choice of narrator for this title. However reading seems/sounds forced/faked throughout the reading, though definitely worth it overall! Having previously owned & read Go Ask Alice Anonymous can say I'm still likely listen and or read it again & again. it's In your face real life experiences are refreshing time and time again! A true emotional rollercoaster into the untold reality of teens from every "class" & generation. The truth isn't out there, it's rig
A definite RELATABLE must read, for all! from beginning to end there's a little bit of Alice in us All!

Devastating but good
I'm only giving it a 4/5 overall because it isn't a true story, it was written by a Mormon youth counselor who lied about it being a real diary to push an anti drug message. However, aside from that, I enjoyed this book even though the ending just ripped my heart out of my chest

Old Classic
I remember reading this book when I was as young as the character in it. I could relate to it then and even as an adult. The narrator was amazing, she totally got into the character, really nice voice. Totally recommend this book

Go on... go ask Alice
I wish this wasn't written by anonymous... I would love to read anything else they had written.
this is a powerful novel very simply written. A tough subject matter made very accessible.
This story will make you a better person.
Highly recommended.

I wish I could give negative stars
I picked this one up because someone recommended it. The idea of a true, real-life diary of a teenage addict sounded interesting.
I wish I had taken the time to read other reviews. I knew very quickly that this could not possibly be a genuine diary. Not only is this book clearly pure fiction, it is propaganda. This book infuriated me. It is complete and utter trash.
