Hilarious and Amazing

This book had me dying of laughter. It was a fun, exciting read and one I'm probably going to do do again. The second I started listening, the last thing I wanted to do was stop. A smile was on my face nearly the entire book.

The narrators had really nice voices, but my issue with both of them was their distinction from character to character. For some characters it felt like they sounded the same, or the voice of the character didn't match their personality. However, they sounded very good together and complemented each other well. The two of them did an excellent job bringing the story to life.

This audiobook legit saved me from watching bad reality tv. At that point, I had become so bored that when I found this book, I nearly cried with joy. Alexis was just so lovable to me, it was insane how much I enjoyed this book. I legit listened to this book and went on to read the others, one after the other with little sleep in between, that was just how much I loved it. I devoured this series, and support it so much.

Vanessa Moyen is one of my go-to narrators. I honestly feel as though she read a dictionary and I would be interested, that's just how much I love her voice. She did this book justice, and vice versa. This book not only complimented her skills as a narrator, but her skills as a narrator brought this book to life. I believe there was no better person for the job.

I would definitely recommend this to anybody and have already sung its praises to any and all that'll listen.

Had Me Completely Entranced

When I started listening to this book, I couldn't put it down. It was like every little thing that kept me from continuing the story was the enemy. Sadie Moss did an excellent job with this book. It was steamy and sexy as all get out, but it still had an amazing plot. It was something different and in this sea of same old, same old it was desperately needed. It completely cured my boredom, and I cannot wait to get my hands on book 2.

Enjoyable

It was a nice book, just not for me. I think that if you're just looking for something to fill time or to listen to while working out, cleaning or etc then this would be a perfect fit for you.

The narrator wasn't my favorite, the way she sounded reminded me of text to audio, but her overall voice was pleasant to listen to.

Cured My Boredom

Amazing story, that I cannot wait to continue. I'm very excited to read or listen to what comes next.

Vanessa Moyen is for sure one of my favorite narrators and her voice just brought this entire book to life.

Wonderfully Emotional Story

When I first read the blurb I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I thought it would be a sports romance where two people are raising a baby. I didn't realize that it was a story about two people bonded together by grief. I didn't realize that it was the kind of story that draws you in emotionally and mentally. When I was listening to this, every time the FMC cried, I was right there with her, tears streaming down my face and all. The writing of this story was so good and well developed, that you could tell how much of the author went into this piece. The character development was so in-depth that you got to watch the characters grow as you continue to read. Overall, the writing and the story were phenomenal.

The female narrator was wonderful and did a great job. For the male narrator, however, I felt as though in certain parts he wasn't able to voice the proper tone for certain situations. I honestly don't believe he was the best narrator for a project so emotionally serious as this one. He's a good narrator, no doubt about it, but just not perfect for this book.

Excellent Ending

I'm sad to finish because I know for sure that I will be bored. The last book was amazing. The hero, Jackson, was definitely my favorite character due to his alpha male hottness. I'm looking forward to venturing into more of LC Taylor's work. She's an amazing author and has an amazing ability to keep her readers engaged and entirely absorbed by her writing. I definitely recommend reading/listening to her work.

Great Story, Not My Favorite Character

I Loved it, but wasn't the biggest fan of Carter. However I can appreciate the new take the author had on shifter.

Holly Holt did an okay job narrating, her character differentiation wasn't the best.

I loved the book and thought it was amazing, but I find it hard to acclimate myself to a new narrator in the middle of a series. Other than that it was a great book.

Another Job Well Done

This was an excellent continuation for this series. Lc Taylor continues to keep me interested and entertained. I already have book 3, and am eagerly awaiting it.

Adelaide Skye has done such a wonderful job in this book. I definitely plan to read more of her work in the future.
