Historia
Scarlett has never left the tiny island where she and her beloved sister, Tella, live with their powerful - and cruel - father. Now Scarlett's father has arranged a marriage for her, and Scarlett thinks her dreams of seeing Caraval, the faraway once-a-year performance where the audience participates in the show, are over. But this year Scarlett's long-dreamt-of invitation finally arrives. With the help of a mysterious sailor, Tella whisks Scarlett away to the show. Only as soon as they arrive, Tella is kidnapped by Caraval's mastermind organizer, Legend.

I was in another world.
Revisado: 03-17-17
Before I start I should tell you about me so you have a good idea of me and what I am interested in. I am fourteen and my love for books started right after that "I need to be popular" phase. The first book I truly bald my eyes out reading was "the outsider" by S.E. Hinton. I like figuring things out and knowing more than I should. I have always been intreeged by adventure and could never spell well. But now to my reveiw. The book was like nothing I've read before, I can usally guess how the book will go and what will happen next but in Caraval it was like the author didn't even know what would happen. Once I throught I knew what was going to happen another plot twist would correct me. Don't get me wrong it made the book indescribably amazing because even through I was costanly second guessing myself it wasn't confusing or anything. It was almost like the book was made to have the same effect as the game. Making yourself keep guessing and asking. The ending seemed like it would go on forever and even through it eventually summed the book up in a nice pretty bow, it was the part after that was the cliff hanger and I love cliff hanger and this one was the best I've read yet! I highly recommend this book. And thank you to the author for sharing this wonderful world with me. I look forrward to reading the second.
