Really liked the explanations. Great advise. As I listened I was surprised by how simple some of these changes are. They make sense. You’ll recognize the little details that we take for granted. Some communication tune ups that will make a difference.

Long boring

The whole book is whining, sex, whining sex drawn out. This book could have been a 2 hour book. I kept fast forwarding to get past the constant drawn out sex scenes. I’m not opposed to this but it just gets boring if that’s all the book is.

This book has a lot of interesting information

The book goes over the history of Reiki,
the symbols, the tiers,
It also explains the different types of Reiki.
Information on how to prepare for your attunement and after care.
Describes crystals, gems and how you might use them.
Helpful suggestions on setting up your own practice.
I’m sure I missed some things.
A lot of information in a nice audible book.

A book telling what you need to do. Some statements like, a man that sued his daughter because she emptied 3 of his storage areas. That’s it. Ok, don’t get rid of things that aren’t yours to get rid of.
I don’t know, didn’t listen to much more after that. I’m not fond of throwing away things that are part of history. Like documents that your family might want.
I guess I’m not comfortable with all this declutterring because it seems like big brother is getting rid of us.

The Authenticity of Emotions

I’m only on the 4th Chapter and had to express how beautiful this book is. I have over 500 titles and none have ever prompted me to express this joyful, hurtful, honest, exploration of a creative emotion. Now please excuse me I have to hear more!!!!

I’m not sure. I know I’m done listening after the prologue and part 1.
So far it’s all kill , kill kill. Not really any point in any of it.

Voice is hard to deep

The narrator was hard for me to listen to. The first few chapters were in some sort of weird Rhythm. It smoothed out a little and then just too monotonous. I’m returning because I’m half way through and I’m bored. I don’t want to know the end.
It’s not horrible… I would probably listen to a different narration.

Kind of Whiney at times.

After awhile things started to get whiny.
Poor me, oh poor me. I had to turn off for a break at times. Fast forward and not miss a beat.
I have a lot of books that I listen to more then a few times. This one, once is enough.

Had some aha moments. I am a crafty person and I have a whole room and closet dedicated to what I think will become Something, Someday. This book helped me realize that I can do all these things someday …. forever and have to live with feeling overwhelmed with what project I want to start. Or I can get rid of most of this stuff that is actually stifling me from doing what I really want to do. I can't bounce around if I keep only a few of the half started projects, or the someday stuff. I might actually Finish some things, and be able to start some new projects!! The book goes through your whole house. Definitely got me thinking about the things I love, the things I don't use, the things I have no idea why I keep holding on to. Already started throwing away trash, and useless Stuff. Can already feel the relief of just feeling stifled. I will listen to this several times. She just got me energized to ' get rid of it already!!!"
