I had been in a book funk for a little while. Everything I had read was okay but nothing great. Now I have a book hangover! Well told story, interesting twists and not too predictable. I’ve been recommending it to friends since the halfway point. The end did not disappoint. Is there a sequel in the works? We can only hope!

I love this book. It’s set over a short time span, but that doesn’t meant it’s short on action. Interesting deaths, foul language or blood and guts. Be warned, don’t get attached to any characters, you know Javen loves to kill people in his books at the drop of a hat, and this one is no exception. If you’re easily offended, have a weak stomach, or don’t totally love zombie stories this book isn’t for you. If you do love zombies, blood and guts, foul language, and some of the most bizarre deaths on a written page you’re in the right place. Do yourself a favor, if you haven’t read books 1-8 go back and pick them up then read this one. If you have read books 1-8 you know what to expect and will be delighted with this installment. ENJOY!!
