I really like the way the author delivers lots of advice not only to create a long lasting habit of exercise, but actually to enjoy and prevent injuries.
I have read a couple of books by Martin Meadows and he always delivers more than expected: lots of advice on how to live a better life and also his personal experience which makes his advice even more enjoyable and practical to a daily strenuous life.

I really liked this book, it is packed up with pretty good advice on how to create habits and stick to them. I will read more books by Martin meadows for sure!
