Wheler has said many times, "I'm sure I received many fine gifts on my 18th birthday but this is the only one I remember and still treasure."

En mi opinión el autor tiene una mente maestra por que crear una historia así se requiere de un gran potencial al momento de imaginar una buena historia y eso él lo tiene en mente.

Informative and Effective

If you meditate this might be a little redundant, but it does have some nice prompts and yoga, as well. I can't get my nine-year-old daughter to meditate but she loves this little book and will happily do a few pages with me every now and then. If you can't focus enough to meditate, this book will get you on the right track, and if you can, it's a nice little boost to mindfulness.
