I would recommend this book to everyone who has a pet or is considering bringing one into their life. I always enjoy when the author narrates the book! Karen’s beautiful voice animated these reflections of soul lessons…I have a deeper appreciation for the role our pets play in our lives. This book will remain alive in my heart forever!

I listen to this book driving in my car as I was needing ideas help me create and establish a habit of exercise in my life. This book is exactly what I was looking for....simple, to the point, and lots of realistic implementable ideas. I am starting with small consistent actions of 10 minutes walking every morning. And IF my mornings don’t work out THEN I walk before going to bed...and am sleeping better than ever. 💕ðŸ‘?💕
