Couldn't keep my attention
Revisado: 03-13-17
What disappointed you about The Valiant?
I honestly wanted this to be better. It just started off slow and didn't keep my attention. The story line kinda dragged on and on with nothing really happening at the beginning. I didn't really find it worth the time to listen to the rest of it. very disappointing.
What was most disappointing about Lesley Livingston’s story?
Such a slow beginning. Some things weren't explained very well. When I listen to or read a book I want to see why the character is experiencing in my head.. It was very vague explaining things.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
if she kept Falons Bf alive maybe but no.
Any additional comments?
Super disappointed. I was really looking forward to liking this book but it fell short.

The last book lost it's momentum
Revisado: 02-28-17
What disappointed you about Promised?
The story line fell flat. I loved the first two books but this last one I struggled to get through half of it before quitting listening to it completely.
What was most disappointing about Caragh M. O'Brien’s story?
It got really boring. The first two books I couldn't wait to hear what was coming next.. this book just dragged on and on and got so boring.
Any additional comments?
Im really disappointed that this book wasn't as good as the first two. It was slow and boring. Gia got really entitled and towards the end they made her character so 'special' for no reason. Like yeah you're a mid wife and you deliver babies... ok? lots of other women in this book supposedly do that too... why are you so special?

Historia
In the future, in a world baked dry by the harsh sun, there are those who live inside the wall and those, like 16-year-old midwife, Gaia Stone, who live outside. Gaia has always believed it is her duty, with her mother, to hand over a small quota of babies to the Enclave. But when Gaia's mother and father are arrested by the very people they so dutifully serve, Gaia is forced to question everything she has been taught to believe. Gaia's choice is now simple: Enter the world of the Enclave to rescue her parents, or die trying.

Revisado: 01-14-17
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
There were many. I found myself worrying and excited for the characters as I followed the story. The way the book is written and read has a way of getting you attached to the characters.

Revisado: 01-14-17
What did you like best about this story?
I like how parts from the first book tie into this book and how little things become big parts of the story!
Any additional comments?
The way the landscape is described you can actually see what she's explaining in your head. VERY well written!

Just as good as the first book! total cliff hanger
Revisado: 08-27-16
Would you listen to The Treatment again? Why?
Yes. I absolutely loved the characters and the surprises they faced along the way. I definitely found myself on the edge of my seat multiple times.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Treatment?
SPOILER: When sloan is trying to escape at the end.
What about Joy Osmanski’s performance did you like?
She had great voices for each character and she read with excitement! It was all at a good pace too.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Yes! Some parts I was shocked and kind of worried how the characters were going to end up. I also want to meet a guy like James.. he's perfect!
Any additional comments?
Im glad that this book was just as good as the first one. It held true to the characters and the fast pace that the first book had.

Historia
Winter is coming. Such is the stern motto of House Stark, the northernmost of the fiefdoms that owe allegiance to King Robert Baratheon in far-off King's Landing. There Eddard Stark of Winterfell rules in Robert's name. Far to the north, behind the towering Wall, lie savage Wildings and worse - unnatural things relegated to myth during the centuries-long summer, but proving all too real and all too deadly in the turning of the season. Yet a more immediate threat lurks to the south, where Jon Arryn, the Hand of the King, has died under mysterious circumstances....

Revisado: 08-11-16
Where does A Game of Thrones rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
probably top 5
Who was your favorite character and why?
that so hard to say, I love different characters for different reasons. Tyrin, Arya, Jon
What about Roy Dotrice’s performance did you like?
Amazing. I seriously wouldn't have been able to follow the story line as well if it weren't for him making each character's voice different and unique.
Any additional comments?
Im a serious fan of the show, which has followed the story of the first book pretty well, Im glad I listened to the book though. There are fun details that the show couldn't capture.
