Historia
Sex. God. You know the two subjects are connected; you just don't have the words for how they are connected. And they cannot be separated. Where the one is, you will always find the other. When you actually live and feel and engage, you discover that the physical things around us are like windows into more. And when you talk about sexuality, you quickly end up in the spiritual - because "this" is always about "that". Something deeper. Something behind it all.

Rob Bell never disappoints

What a wonderful perspective on a topic that is so often hard to talk about, especially for Christians.

Historia
In 2007, the Center for Automation in Nanobiotech (CAN) outlined the hardware and software platform that would one day allow robots smaller than human cells to make medical diagnoses, conduct repairs, and even self-propagate. In the same year, a simple pill, it had been discovered, could wipe out the memory of any traumatic event. At almost the same moment in humanity's broad history, mankind had discovered the means for bringing about its utter downfall - and the ability to forget it ever happened.

Nice job Hugh!

Very good companion to the first story. A very well written chronicle of how it all came to be. Read it!
Plus the narration is great!

Historia
In a ruined and toxic landscape, a community exists in a giant silo underground, hundreds of stories deep. There, men and women live in a society full of regulations they believe are meant to protect them. Sheriff Holston, who has unwaveringly upheld the silo’s rules for years, unexpectedly breaks the greatest taboo of all: He asks to go outside.

Great story. Not crazy about narration
Revisado: 05-30-15
Really enjoyed the story. I hope the next two elaborate on some things.
My only complaint is about the narrator. She does fine with normal exposition and Juliette's voice, but seemed to really miss the mark on the men in the story. I'm glad I could look past it.
I still would recommend the audiobook, just be aware of its issues.

Historia
Six days ago, astronaut Mark Watney became one of the first people to walk on Mars. Now, he's sure he'll be the first person to die there. After a dust storm nearly kills him and forces his crew to evacuate while thinking him dead, Mark finds himself stranded and completely alone with no way to even signal Earth that he's alive - and even if he could get word out, his supplies would be gone long before a rescue could arrive. Chances are, though, he won't have time to starve to death. The damaged machinery, unforgiving environment, or plainold "human error" are much more likely to kill him first.

SCIENCE!

That was awesome! Very fun, and educational. A man vs. wild tale in an unfamiliar place. I felt like I was getting a crash course in space flight and wilderness survival.
