A few good points that could be made in an article vs. a book. Not the worst advice just get to the point. Find a summary and buy/read/listen to that instead

Excellent book, important topic, wished there was another chapter’s worth on political misinformation

Good way about approaching the topic - primarily through most of the book focuses on scientific misinformation up until about the last chapter or so. This helps introduce less politically charged cases of misinformation and teach some principles, reasons, methods in misinformation, before pointing readers toward applying these tools toward and pointing to some more politically based misinformation. Even with these, author chooses pizzagate as one of the cases of political misinformation to focus on, perhaps because most people recognize this as gals information acted upon and dangerous consequences of believing political misinformation. Still, it left me a little disappointed that political misinformation didn’t receive more attention.

Obviously useful info, but…

Like: obviously useful and even important information to consider - love languages

Would’ve been a 4, but…

Dislike: some truly awful relationship advice every so often in the stories told though. At one point basically advises a woman to string along a guy who is interested in her romantically and she is not, so she can continue to get her love language of service bucket filled by this guy until she finds someone she is romantically interested in.

A classic with a poor ending and worse female characters

Yes it’s a classic. The ending however is disjointed from the rest of the book. It’s as if Tolstoy set it aside for months then one day decided, “I need to wrap it up,” and without re-reading the rest quickly wrote an ending.
Also, female characters are very poorly conceived/written - this is from a man’s vantage, so I can only imagine what women readers think.
