Well worth the time to listen to the entire set

At first, I didn't enjoy the narrator's choices in her portrayal of Molly and Luce, but I hung in there for the story, and I'm so glad I did. The characters were likable and well written, the plot was engaging, and the narrator's performance was very good.

I hope the author decides to continue writing more for this series!

Liked the series overall. I could have done without the song lyrics, the repetition of them was annoying to me, although I understand that the lead male character was a singer and maybe the author was trying to show his artistic/romantic broody side through them. Narrator did a wonderful job differentiating character voices, although the friend's voice was grating and shrill.

Rob Reiner did a wonderful job narrating his adaptation of the original Morgenstern. It was my fault that I hoped it was more like the movie adaptation. It's still a wonderful story though.

Loved everything about this book. Terrific narrator, wonderful story and it got me hooked! This was included in my Romance Package and I'm very glad it was. I can't wait to get into the next book in the series!!!

Contains stilted, unnatural sounding dialogue and controlling/patronizing male characters. The main female character attempts to be assertive and fails miserably. Narration was good, but the dialogue she had to read was terrible. Not worth my credit.

This book had potential, but I was left confused by the ending as it wasn't clear what KMM was trying to get across. I came to care for these characters throughout the series and they really got to me at times in this book, but felt like there were too many stories going on simultaneously and most of them didn't get resolution. I did enjoy the story line being narrated from the different character's perspectives, however, which is typical of the series and gives you a pretty good view of the action from several angles.

I did NOT enjoy the narration. The female narrator slipped out of her accents at times and by the end she seemed to give up trying. The male narrator did better, but to me Phil Gigante should have continued the series.

Overall, it was pretty good, but just didn't have the clarity of story of the fifst book.

Horrible accents, ok story

If you love Outlander you'll like the references to Herself and the characters she brought to life. I was distracted by the horrible Scottish accents. I also wondered at the author's use of the word "yes" at the end of every blog post for the main character?
