Wait! It Mightn't Be What You Think--

the women's movement to it's extremes
Revisado: 10-08-17
the sound effects added to the level of the story and made the performance pleasant to listen to.
If this is What the Women's movement is shooting for as their end game, I hope I am not around to see this possible future.
Before you attack me. I listened to the whole book, I didn't find anything in the redeeming in any character except in Nick the chauffeur.
The book starts with the main character thinking of offering up her body for trade. Then goes downhill from there. It makes you fight to learn the secrets of the age, spacetime, and environment the storyline is going. This is not an easy to read/listen book. . Avoiding this book is a blessing to be thankful for.

Historia
A businessman snatched from an Upper East Side street in broad daylight. A miniature hangman's noose left at the scene. A nine-year-old girl, the only witness to the crime. With a crime scene this puzzling, forensic expertise of the highest order is absolutely essential. Lincoln Rhyme and Amelia Sachs are called in to investigate. Soon the case takes a stranger turn: A recording surfaces of the victim being slowly hanged, his desperate gasps the backdrop to an eerie piece of music. The video is marked as the work of The Composer...

Ruined it with Political crap.
Revisado: 08-01-17
Great Story started and lost as almost always in the overwhelming evidence that I can't even put together. That Lincoln is able to knit a cardigan with. Then ruins the whole thing with political crap. If you love Lincoln you will like this one. But most of my friends agree that the stories turns off in a way that leaves you wanting.

Historia
In 1984, at the age of 20, Duff McKagan left his native Seattle - partly to pursue music, but mainly to get away from a host of heroin overdoses then-decimating his closest group of friends in the local punk scene. In LA only a few weeks and still living in his car, he answered a want ad for a bass player placed by someone who identified himself only as "Slash." Soon after, the most dangerous band in the world was born. Guns N' Roses went on to sell more than 100 million albums worldwide.

I was at a couple of the early Hollywood shows and that is how it was.
I would have to believe the balance of the book is the same.
It truly gives a new paradigm to what went on with the band.

"If Robert Littell didn't invent the American spy novel," says Tom Clancy, "he should have." In this spectacular Cold-War-as-Alice-in-Wonderland epic, Littell, "the American le Carre," takes us down the rabbit hole and into the labyrinthine world of espionage that has been the CIA for the last half-century. "Ostensibly a single novel, The Company can also be listened to as an anthology of cracking good spy stories," says ( Publishers Weekly).

This is A Real Great Story of the Company
Revisado: 09-17-16
A real detailed information on the company.
It has some long moments in which it repeats itself. But it is a real page turner.
Scott Brick does a great job with making all of the voices each separate.
Any Tom Clancy readers will love this book.

He can win this election if he sticks to building the Wall and deporting the illegal immigrants from our jails back to Mexico.
Ann Spells it out clearly that the think-tanks and top GOP members are stopping us from winning the election.
