Historia
This is the story of LSD told by a concerned yet hopeful father, organic chemist Albert Hofmann, PhD. He traces LSD's path from a promising psychiatric research medicine to a recreational drug sparking hysteria and prohibition. In LSD: My Problem Child, we follow Dr. Hofmann's trek across Mexico to discover sacred plants related to LSD, and listen in as he corresponds with other notable figures about his remarkable discovery.

Extraordinary Subject, Narrator Unfamiliar with Content
Revisado: 12-19-22
Albert Hofmann’s book portrays the extraordinary story of his discovery of LSD and his relationship to its subsequent history. Unfortunately, the narrator seemed unfamiliar with the subject, often mispronouncing names of important figures in the history, or of the substances discussed. If someone more connected to the field had narrated this book, it would have been wonderfully illuminating.
