Historia
There’s a reason you were drawn to this audiobook. Maybe you’re dissatisfied with what you’ve been told you “should be”. Maybe you know there’s something bigger out there, waiting for you, but the people in your life just don’t understand. Maybe you feel crazy or alone, like part of you is dying. You’re not dying. You’re just waking up. Even if you have seen my content before, it's time to strap in and hold on tight because this is not your average text. It’s your soul’s reminder of how powerful you are, and of how much you already know!

Exactly what I Needed
Revisado: 11-07-24
This book was exactly what my soul needed right now.
i have stage 4 lung cancer and lately, I have been wondering if I was getting close to the end or if I am just in a "weird headspace". I have my answer now, and some guidance on what to do next.
Also pretty sure the author is a kindred spirit because SO much of the specific interests she identified as things that draw her, are also things that I find resonance with. Peace, Love and Light to you.

powerful

As a terminal cancer patient, I found far more than I could have anticipated with this, and I needed every bit of it. To listen and feel a sense of recognition with so much that was being said, was an absolute marvel.

Good start, definitely some wisdom gathering here, but needs some deeper research. Especially on how different people are wired. Probably a great book if your mind is wired exactly like the author's. Also, less to glean if this is something you've already been heavily focused on yourself. Would read further editions of this by the same author.

Just What My Soul Needed
Revisado: 01-15-24
I am a terminal cancer patient and I consider myself spiritual but not religious. While I may not agree with everything written in this book, it was exactly what I needed at this time in my life. And I would say the vast majority of it was both instructive and inspired. I hope when I go, I am able to say "thank you" to God as well, and I hope I can leave behind some of the lessons I have learned in my 40 years on this planet (hopefully more than 40).

Historia
It's not a surprise that our fast-paced, overly analytical culture is pushing people - especially women - to spend countless hours thinking about negative ideas, feelings, and experiences. Renowned psychologist Dr. Susan Nolen-Hoeksema calls this "overthinking". Her groundbreaking research shows that an increasing number of women - more than half of those in her extensive study - are doing it too much and too often, hindering their ability to lead a satisfying life.
