The book offers exercises, specific step-by-step instructions in composing a presentation, how to prepare before giving a talk, and many other things to consider (that I hadn't even thought of) when it comes to public speaking. I highly recommend this book for any women in any field, but particular to technical women (women in tech) that are doing more than just a 'technical talk/demo,' but really on any topic.
