I've enjoyed the series
Revisado: 01-11-25
I've enjoyed this series but the third book was rushed. it's still good but it makes you want more. these books were written almost 10 years ago so I emailed the author wondering if there's going to be a fourth book about Turquoil and Kat? there's just so much more it could be said about this family. I really hope the author writes a fourth book.

Great start to a new series!
Revisado: 12-14-24
This book had a great story. I'm very excited to see where this new book series is going to go. great characters along with very nice love scenes. I do wish there was a little bit more spice but in the end it was a really great book and I want to read the second one when it comes out

good book but not my favorite in the series
Revisado: 12-13-24
mommy I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this book series. I was a bit confused in the beginning of this book. I wasn't sure how it was connected to the Ross brothers that you're used to reading in this series. once I understood about halfway through the book that they are cousins more possible half brothers then it made us sense. I wish the book was a little bit longer. I'm glad I didn't need to use a credit to read this book

I'm glad I didn't need to use it credit for this book. I highly recommend the rest of this series. it's very good. this novella is okay. honestly you don't even need to read it if you don't want to. you're not missing out on any things. this is a story before the Ross siblings are born but like I said it's unnecessary you can skip it.

Fun surprise!
Revisado: 12-01-24
I was so excited that this series started off with John Huxley. I immediately looked at the other books in the series and I'm so happy that the youngest Huxley sibling will have a story as well. The author's other series called Rescued by Ruin was so good but I was so confused that it ended with two Huxley siblings not really having a story. anyway this was such a fun surprise. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series.

Great Book Series
Revisado: 11-20-24
I think it's absolutely fantastic that they combine four books for one credit. This book series is really good. It has great characters and I like the relationship between all the characters. Of course I cannot read historical romance novel with out some spiciness and these books deliver. I am looking forward to reading the rest of this series

Delicious historical romantic novel
Revisado: 11-15-24
first of all I am so glad they changed the narrator. I didn't enjoy the first two books of this series however the narrator was terrible. this narrator did an excellent job. this was a really fun book to listen to. boy did it have some pretty spicy scenes. I wish there was a little bit more in the end but other than that excellent read. I'm looking forward to reading the last book of the series

Fabulous Book!
Revisado: 11-03-24
I read the first book in the series and I thought it was really good...but this book is even better. after reading the first chapter I knew I was going to listen to this book in one day. I loved it so much that I will probably use a credit to purchase it so I can listen to it again. it was available for my Prime Membership but it expires tomorrow. I can't wait to read the third book. this is my second book that Scarlett Scott wrote and I'm absolutely loving her writing and her stories.

Historia
When Victoria fell in love with the Earl of Pembroke, she never imagined he'd heartlessly wed, bed, and abandon her in the countryside. After he suddenly returns, determined to prove to her he's a changed man, she's not about to forgive him, trust him, or succumb to his scorching kisses. Will has devoted his life to enraging his loathsome father by creating one scandal after the next. Duty forces him back to the wife he resents, but he isn't prepared for the raw desire she makes him feel. Seducing her will hardly be a tedious task. Guarding his heart, however, is another matter.

I really enjoyed this book. it's short and sweet with a lot of great steamy love scenes. I liked it so much that I'm moving on to the second book in the series.

Historia
Evan Eldridge never meant to be a war hero - he just wanted to fight Napoleon for the future of his country. And he certainly didn't think that saving the life of a peer would mean being made the Earl of Whitelock. But when the life you save is dear to the Prince Regent, things can change in a hurry. Now Evan has a new title, a manor house in shambles, and a stranger for a bride, all thrust upon him by a grateful ruler. What he doesn't have are all his memories. Traumatized as a result of his wounds and bravery on the battlefield, Evan knows there's something he can't quite remember.

Good story.
Revisado: 10-23-24
this was a very good story however if you like historical romance novels keep in mind that this one has very little romance in it. just a couple of kissing scenes that's it. also the narrator is too soft and whispery for my taste. I had to really focus on the story more than her voice.
