Historia
Once, there were four worlds, nestled like pages in a book, each pulsing with fantastical power and connected by a single city: London. Until the magic grew too fast and forced the worlds to seal the doors between them in a desperate gamble to protect their own. The few magicians who could still open the doors grew more rare as time passed and now, only three Antari are known in recent memory—Kell Maresh of Red London, Delilah Bard of Grey London, and Holland Vosijk, of White London.

Loved it!
Revisado: 02-20-24
You have to read the first 3 books before you can get to this one. A little confusing at first with changing timeline and 3rd person omniscient storytelling - but when it comes together… wow! Excellent. Cant wait for the next installment!

Such a great story! Enjoyed every minute! The fierce female and the combo with naturalism - excellent read. I read it in 2 days… couldn’t put it down.

Historia
Daisy is a girl coming of age in LA in the late '60s, sneaking into clubs on the Sunset Strip, sleeping with rock stars, and dreaming of singing at the Whisky a Go Go. The sex and drugs are thrilling, but it’s the rock and roll she loves most. By the time she’s 20, her voice is getting noticed, and she has the kind of heedless beauty that makes people do crazy things. Also getting noticed is The Six, a band led by the brooding Billy Dunne.

Fun to listen to…

I heard great reviews of this book but the performance on audible is way better than the story. Some of the most notable characters lacked depth and complexity, though I loved the character, Karen. She could have her own book.

Pretty fun short YA

I love Alice Harrows writing but her attention to the delivery for he story was certainly for a younger audience YA audience. Writing quality was meh… it’s a great beach day read.
