Great guide book for the politically aware

I saw the author's interview in fahrenheit 11/9 and highly recommend listening/watching both. great reasoning, historical examples and suggestions on how to navigate these strange/dangerous political times.

great book for creatives not just in Hollywood

The book is tailored to creatives in Hollywood but I find that a ton of it is still applicable to creatives outside of Hollywood. it has some normal career advice and Erica's own spin on it. She has a very bubbly, kind personality and I found the whole book to be very encouraging and empowering. It had the perfect balance of real advice and some woo woo magic haha. I got thru it very quickly, took notes, and will def come back when I need to review. I wished I had gotten a book like this when I was just starting out! would have saved me 8+ years of floundering. lol

i was so surprised by this book and I loved it. rick's wit is so on point but his insight into how politics and campaigns are run are a must read. side note: mail in ballots are the way to go.

I was blown away by Rose McGowan's life story and immeasurable strength. I highly recommend this to all women. I'll definitely come back to this in a few months, if only for inspiration from her last few chapters. it's an amazing call to action, for all people to stand up against the homogenized characterization of women.

This book was a pleasant surprise. I didn't know Hart's story much before this but Hart is honest and raw and shares incredible life lessons in his journey to becoming an international star. I highly recommend this entertaining listen to anyone who needs some motivation for that work-life grind! I'll def be listening again after a few months too.

A super fun and gross listen!

This book was incredibly interesting and disgusting and fun all at once! If you're into history or forensic science you will totally love this book. I will warn you, my face was wrinkled with disgust for most of this book. bBt it was a lot of fun and worth the knowledge. also, I would have made a great doctor back then!
