Nothing about this story makes sense

I just don’t understand why this author writes these long drawn out stories. The female characters are so dumb and unlikable. She does no research to make the details make sense. A PT who runs a practice in California making 60k a year? Who buys a home a block away from the beach? A man who is almost a billionaire who flies commercial?

The worse book I’ve ever read!

This is the first time I read this author. I’ve never read something so ridiculous. The main character was a former First Lady who would rather be a prostitute than ask for help because that would be tacky. Prime was a banker who never worked at the bank. And marrying another woman but keeping his girlfriend because he didn’t want to be disloyal to her. This was the stupidest storyline I’ve ever read. And the narrator’s mispronunciation of words was the icing on the cake!

The narrator’s voice was like nails on a chalkboard. The story was choppy and didn’t make sense. This was hard to listen to.

Don’t waist your money!

Nothing about this story makes sense. Horrible writing and storyline. The female narrator is really bad. The author has no grasp of human dynamics and writes a story that makes no sense. First and last book by this author. This is material for young and emotionally people and not mature, well read individuals.

This was the worse story of the series!

There was nothing redeeming or appealing about Bunny or Des. It was hard to listen to because they were not likable. Nothing about the story made sense. The author never explained how someone like Jason would be attracted to someone like Bunny. And it made no sense that she would be with him . This was really bad!!

Love the author, but this series makes no sense

This could have been a great story without all the stupidity. 1. Dating someone who won’t tell you his name. 2. Pretending to be someone else and hiding your wealth. 3. Dating Josie and She She and both of them okay with it? 4. Jaz being interested in a former “Escort”. The shear stupidity of this storyline was brutal. I’m glad I listened to the audio because the narrators made it bearable. I could have not read all of the books.

You really need an editor. Too much ridiculous sex. Yes this is fiction, but there should be some resemblance of how humans respond to life. This was the first and last read for me by this author. The narrator is excellent!

What in the whole world!

First this series should have wrapped up after book 3. Dragging this out is ridiculous and nothing about the story line makes sense. She also forgets some of the earlier dialogue and now she’s contradicting herself. The sex is so boring and some of the dialogue just does not make sense. What was the point of this? The only reason I could get through it is because the narrator is excellent!!

I read for enjoyment, but there is nothing enjoyable about this series. I’m invested in the story but it should have come with a warning. I am feeling depressed. The narration is extremely good!

The female narrator was so bad I could not listen to the whole book. Jakobi is the best male narrator of all times and to pair him with Cami was horrible. Love the author and I’m sure the story was good, but the narrator’s voice does not match the characters.
