The stories are easy to listen to and the narrator has a very pleasant voice. No ugly language or unwanted sexual descriptives. So glad I found this book by H.Y. Hanna. Hoping the other writings are similar. (Some authors start out clean but each book gets a little more over the line than the previous).

VERY GOOD STORY. My complaint is that the sexual detail was way more than was needed for such a good book causing a lot of fast forwarding. Amanda Ronconi is the absolute best!! Would have loved to buy more by Donna Kauffman but will avoid because of the unnecessary sexual detail.

It’s Okay is very inspiring

Inspiring faith based testimony. Shelia Walsh touches many, if not most, of the private struggles we go through in our lives and does it with amazing insight. So glad to have come across this book.

Save a Truck

This is a great series; third time to listen. Molly Harper and Amanda Ronconi together are the best! I love all of the humor and the different character voices. I am not a fan of profanity and sex scenes, both of which get heavier with each book... so I use the fast-forward often. Would love another series similar to this one with the small town humor; easy to listen to and no overly complex people. Always lifts my mood.

Kill the Competion

I gave this book three stars because it was really a good story but I was not expecting the explicit sex so I chose to forward through the passages. Sex scenes are better when left to the imagination and I’m not left to feel like I am a peeping Tom or something.
There was an appreciated lack of profanity because many good stories seem to feel the need to add vulgar language when it is not necessary which doesn’t add to the mystery or the humor.
I did not care for the narrator’s voice except when doing the main character.

Clean, sweet story

Good story about close friends and tough choices. First book to I’ve had from Rache Hauck, will look for more. And Amanda Ronconi is always great.

Great Book!!!

Wishes and Wellingtons turned out to be much better than I expected. The author covered all the areas I like: humor, suspense, drama!! There was no profanity or sexual content at all, bravo!! It is not easy to get through a regular book without enduring one or both and this book is proof that it is not necessary!!

This was a really cute story and the narrator did a good job with the different voices. The only complaint I have is that it unnecessarily used profanity. I could agree it was “cute” in a couple of places but the story itself could have held it’s own without the additional cursing slipped in. Makes me a cautious about buying another Carolyn Brown book.

This story was interesting and plenty of details to help with imagination! The narrator, Rita Barrington, brought every word to life. So glad to find a series that does not use harsh words or suggestions. Excited to get on with the series!
