This excellent book covers many apologetic issues that are of interest in any environment, not just an inner city or within the urban context. Dr. Eric Mason and his team of contributors did not hold back. This book benefits Christians familiar with traditional apologetics but looking for an introduction to addressing our day's cultural/social issues. Every Pastor and believer must get this book and read it carefully, whether you currently live, work, or serve in an urban context. It should also be required reading for seminaries across our nation. The groups and issues discussed by Dr. Mason and his team are now firmly a part of the American landscape, and we are responsible to “make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you…” (1 Peter 3:15). This book is an invaluable help.
