Great intro to the holiday

I was looking for information to better understand Kwanzaa and this podcast gave interesting and insightful examples of each of the principles.

Yesssss! Was waiting (so impatiently) for this audiobook and the wait was totally worth it. The writing is hilarious - loved the book but the narration really cranks up the constant laughing-out-loud factor with spot-on sarcasm and superb delivery.

Love this author / narrator duo, and this book is another reason why. Earlier books in this series were ok, but this story is next-level compared to them, and the narration elevates it to binge-worthy!

Soooo much better with EDITING!

Love, love, love this story and was so excited when the audiobook was available - but the immediate release was apparently not an edited version. 😭 Tried again a little later (again the book is that good!) and was VERY happy to notice the much better editing. Still some minor errors but now a much better listening experience for this hilarious story.

Waited for Danny and Wyn - worth it!

Like other reviewers, I hoped an audio book version of this story - and it did not disappoint! The narrator did a great job with bringing out the essence of the story and characters, which made the book sound unique from other MM fantasy/romance audio books. Definitely worth spending a credit.

So enjoyable and well narrated!

The banter between the two main characters was well-written, but truly came to life in a fantastic way as the key narrators interacted with each other. Totally a binge-worthy listen, perfect for an afternoon of chores or a lengthy car/bus ride.

Awesome balance of romance and professionalism

Love how the relationship was the focus, but the job was also a priority (instead of them being so lovey dovey you wonder how they function). Swoon-worthy moments, hilarious dialogue, and tremendous depth of characters. The narrator was perfect. And the story is do much better than other series from this author.

Such a fun series, even so many books in! Other book sets lose their charm this far in, but each book's primary and (several) subplots in this series are enchanting and just so enjoyable. Looking forward to the next books!

Delightfully Complex

The narration was a little tough going after the very explosive start, but the story completely pulls the listener into the exceptionally complex characters and multiple levels of their lives. The mystery sub-plot was a little anticlimactic, but the wrap up at the end was very satisfying. It was especially pleasing that the writer smartly avoided the main characters experiencing "misunderstandings" or "overhearing" conversations out of context; primary characters were strong and confident, and consistently attempted to be fairly realistic role models for their applicable family members.
