interesting listen and educational, good narration

I enjoyed this audio.
It was well organized, flowed well and didn’t dwell too long on any one point while still being thorough.
I think part of the battle with self improvement is motivation and following thru.
This book helps the reader feel supported and capable.
I recommend this book.

Recognition

This book helped me to recognize a life-long habit of negative thinking and self-sabotage and the impact it has had on every aspect in my life. Recognizing not only the patterns of thought but triggers will help me change my outlook ultimately allowing me to take a more positive path boosting my overall health and wellbeing.

Life changing

I've had this book in my library fora few months. however I've been feeling "icky", not depressed but down, like nothing at all was going my w pplay. My spirit just prompted to start it, and I have to say my mood proved by the end of the day. strongly recommend it.

Perspective is key

Changing your perspective can shift your entire life for the better.

This audiobook taught me just how to see things in a new light. I had such a negative outlook on life due to past experiences, and that caused my life to be full of negative experiences.
Since listening to this audiobook i have begun to implement the suggestions for change and i can tell you i feel joy in smallest things, i feel grateful for my life.
This a great listen if your feeling down and out!

Great guide for making positive life change!

It's so easy to get stuck in the rut of negative thinking. Sometimes I find myself there and at the time I didn't even realize I was heading down that path. It's easy to slide down that slope without realizing what's going on. And once you're there, it can be hard to get out. And you definitely won't get out without actively working to get better. This is a great guide to use when you realize you're in a bad headspace to get yourself to a positive place again. Love it!

Plenty of real-life examples & supported research

Many of us know how to take better care of our physical and mental health. The trick is implementing what we already know. This book is well written, and the narrator inspires the reader to use positive thinking, self-talk, nutrition, and empathy to pull ourselves out of the ruts we find ourselves in and get back on the main road toward a better life.

When I finished listening to this book, I felt filled with new energy to take better care of myself, and I can picture myself replaying sections to give me a boost whenever I notice negativity creeping back into my life.
