I found this one full of useful information. Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this audio book actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoided.

This is a great book to introduce family and friends to keto. I also really like that it includes two weeks of meal plans and a weekly shopping list, but that's also its biggest flaw. First issue with the shopping list is it includes seasonal and specialty ingredients like celeriac without any appropriate substitutions. The second issue is it will constantly have you in the kitchen with a lot of wasted food. The third is the ingredient list will have you spend a lot of money, so this is not at all for anyone on a budget.
