Wonderful story about the pathless path, the gateless gate — the truth! I can see this being one to revisit time and again.

Perfection

Adya is truly one of the real ones. I’ve been revisiting this book for years and feel that I am just now hearing it for the first time. His pointers to the undivided state are so simple and straightforward that a mind will never hear them. I am in awe of the way life has manifested through him to point to what is so perfectly. This book is a priceless, holistic roadmap for a journey with no beginning and no end, and has provided comfort in moments it was needed and the courage to go ever further and dive into the abyss. Thank you!

Story
To be spiritually awake is to deeply feel your connection with the whole of life. The One of Us is an exploration of this sacred connection as it expresses through two human partners. In their first full-length audio-learning program, Adyashanti and Mukti present six sessions to help each of us - whether preparing for or currently in a relationship - to realize and honor this connection, to protect it, and to begin to move, speak, and act in alignment with the love that lives all of us.

Layers of meaning will unfold
Reviewed: 08-29-23
I first listened to this a few years ago, and at the time I thought I understood what they were speaking to. I now see that there was only a deep echo of understanding, and that echo kept me coming back. As the last few years have unfolded, and an internal process with it, I’ve continued to revisit The One of Us periodically, and deeper layers have continued to flower as I’ve had the ears to hear them. These pointers are beautiful and simple, albeit a seemingly Herculean task for any ego. Thank you Adya and Mukti, for pointing to that which is always present and undivided, each in your own perfect way.

Be yourself. Simple advice - or is it? What does it mean to be oneself fully? How do we discover and live the truth of who we are in our essence? On The Self in Full Bloom, Mukti presents six sessions of deep inquiry and guided meditation intended to support embodied awakening - or the pure expression of both our human and our divine natures. The process of awakening involves dynamic and receptive energetics that color our experience from moment to moment.

Beautiful offering
Reviewed: 01-05-23
What a beautiful complement Mukti’s teachings offer to deepen and add breadth to what I’ve gained from Adya. Such different teaching styles but each has had its perfect place in my own process. In a time where I’m moving out of an active negation (yang) process and into a place of embodiment (yin), this was just what I needed. It reaffirmed what has intuitively been unfolding in me and I’m so very grateful. Beautifully spoken, wonderful meditations. Thank you, Mukti!

Narration is awful

I absolutely love Herman Hesse and was excited to listen to this book. However, the narration of this audiobook is so bad that I can’t listen to it. Too bad. Will have to read the good old fashioned way.
