Xander Buckley might be hotter than a stolen blow torch, and I get that he’s a former Navy SEAL and all, but the man gives new meaning to the words overbearing, overprotective, bossy alpha male. I can’t even post a photo on social media without him warning me it’s not safe or take a morning jog without him following behind. But he’s made it clear that what he says goes, and if I don’t like it, I can kiss my vacation goodbye. Instead, I end up kissing him.

This was a phenomenal story from beginning to end that keeps you guessing just what it was that triggered the Loch Ness Monster! While an extremely fascinating story the audio added to the overall mystery as it developed. This author delivers only the very best of mystery fiction. Can’t wait to start his 3rd in the series.

The emotion in this story rings so real, it’s easy to just flow through the entire thing. Well written and with great characters and dialogue I can’t wait to get into the rest of the stories. The Audible is excellently performed and memorable. I’ll enjoy this book more than once.

Based loosely on today’s world events, Fiona Quinn has given an excellent storyline backed by believable characters and incredible happenings. This will remain my favorite Cerebis book, out of many great ones. I highly recommend this marvelous book. The Audible version is equally incredible, don’t miss it!

Incredible story blending myth & science!

This book is extremely well written and clever in its twisting storyline around the Scottish Water Horse or Unicorn. The development of the tale is steady and twisting, leading to an exciting, page turning world of possibilities. The dialog is truthful of the characters. The main character, an archeologist, is a fantastic creation by the author.
I had the wonderful opportunity to listen to the audio version and found the narrator easy and mesmerizing to listen to. This was a great experience and well worth your time to read or listen to.
