I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook. The narrator is amazing! What a great way to listen to such a famous book. I listened to this book with my 11 and 9-year-old. Later, my 11-year-old said she really enjoyed it. This is bedtime story worthy and you will find yourself drawn and held captive by it. Grab a cup of tea and snuggle in.

A Fun Must for Aging

This is a great book! It is extremely thorough. It goes into deep detail on each of the topics it speaks about. They lay out the changes you will go through as you age and what to expect. And then it lays out in detail how to counter these changes using diet, activity, and mindfulness. It is so practical and feels doable.
Also, the narrator is upbeat and fun to listen to. So when the book talks about eating clean, stretching, exercising, dancing, and meditation you be inspired to do just that.
And Hey, who can’t try and stick to something for 14 days?
