Great story but FMC is an idiot.

I love all of Natasha’s books but for some reason this FMC was my least favorite. She’s naive and foolish. Granted everyone around her kept secrets from her but common sense was not something she ever used, especially knowing the people around her were dangerous.

The book is good but Opal really kills the vibe. Her voice for certain roles is horrible. It’s not sexy and does not match the characters. Outside of that the story itself is fantastic. I was waiting for Jah to get her ass beat.

I think Chris’ attitude made this one harder to handle because he was so lovable in the 1st story. I was nice to see the characters return and I am dying to hear Jill and Joshua’s stories. Like what is taking so long for them to come out. I also love Stella Blooms narration. I have listened to several of hers books, mostly from Anna Hackett.

Good read but Kenzi is annoying and childish. Tor deserved better. I love age gap romance novels but Kenzi proves that she was not ready for a man like Tor and a lot of the drama could have been avoided if she were more mature.
