Story
It’s two months before Amelia’s big audition for the Mystwick School of Musicraft. If she gets in, she will learn to spin music into powerful magic - but her Gran has one last-ditch plan to persuade her out of it: sports camp. A week of softball, sprinting, and sweaty socks isn't exactly Amelia’s idea of a good time - in fact, she's deeply, appallingly unathletic. By the end of day one, she’s puked her guts out in track, gotten a black eye in no-contact flag football, and firmly established herself as the Least Valuable Player at camp.

It’s alight and enchanting tale of a young girl who loves music misplaced at a sports camp! But in in end, she shows how music can save the day. The book is light, fun and playful.

Starts a bit slow. But once the story takes off it’s hard to put down! Didn’t see the plot twist coming at the end!

Nancy Springer is brilliant again!

Enola Holmes is the perfect foil for her brother, the brilliant Sherlock Holmes. The character Enola Holmes continues to grow in this novel. She is most clever, yet naive in so many ways. She creates a unique life for herself, living undercover while she runs the office of a fictional doctor who finds lost things!
The book is clever, fast paced and engaging. Page after page you wonder what is the next adventure for Enola, what predicament will she get herself into, and how will she cleverly escape!
