His body of work is arguably the most morally significant in cinematic history, and the power and influence of that work are indicative of the character of the man behind the many storied roles. Sidney Poitier here explores these elements of character and personal values to take his own measure: as a man, as a husband and a father, and as an actor.

What an insight.
Most technical topics are difficult to teach let alone narrate, but Johanna was able to communicate the topic effectively and efficiently. As a project and program manager, one of the most difficult question to answer your client and other stakeholders is "when will this product or service ship?" With so many moving parts in a typical project, let alone program the best you always do is a Scientific/Sophisticated Wild Ass Guess(SWAG). Johanna narrates how we can make this SWAG close to a 5-10% range, and from my experience, that is HUGE.
Looking for her other books now.

Kotter reveals a distinctive view of the kind of urgency needed in every organization. He also highlights the insidious nature of its nemesis, complacency, in all its guises.
