Help to prioritize what’s important in life
Reviewed: 09-18-23
The book has interesting message for prioritizing what is important in life and have a meaningful and balanced lifestyle.
This book would be good for workaholics and/or materialistic people who are conscious and want help to change.
If you already did changes in those areas this book does not have much new things. The content is a bit repetitive and slow. Also a lot of spiritual stuff.
I found new or helpful the part of dominating the mind.

Great reflection on deep love
Reviewed: 06-23-23
The content was not much new for me because I’m a listener and follower of Jay’s podcast, and heard all the episodes about love. So, a lot of that content is covered in this book. Also, I listened to his book (also on audible) live like a monk, which is mind blowing.
Anyhow, I enjoyed a lot listening to Jay, many reminders and I also learned new things to put in practice about self love, deep love in a relationship, learning from your partner as your guru and beautiful meditations.
I think all people from all ages should listen/read this book, and the younger the better.

Story
Managing stress comes down to understanding - and solving - what therapist Megan Bruneau calls the stress equation. According to Bruneau, stress is the result of thinking that your perceived responsibilities are greater than your perceived capacity to take them on. In this workshop, Bruneau tells us how to change those perceptions to manage stress, whether it originates at the office or elsewhere. From understanding that you can’t do everything yourself to taking time to boost your mood, Bruneau identifies concrete ways to help you de-stress and handle life’s messiness.

I say this because this project goes beyond a capsule wardrobe. I promotes wellbeing a healthier mind and body.
I strongly recommend this to fashion lovers, you can still dress as an icon fashionable person but with selected clothing. Also to people going into minimalism. I’m both of these cases.
I first read soulful simplicity as a recommendation of audible, I loved it so much so I purchased this book.
Looking forward to my project and more books by Courtney ❤️

As always Mireille has great content. I’m 38 and wish I heard this book before although apparently I’m in the almost perfect age to do some changes that will certainly show in my health and while I start aging with no need of facelift or other sort of things.
It’s about wellness and how with the respect to your body and use of what nature gives us we practically have all we need to keep looking good and feel good with aging and not be traumatized by things that we won’t be able to change.
It’s all about staying healthy enjoying the process taking care of one now for now and the future and age smart.
My third book of Mireille in less than 2 months and wanting to read the next one

Learn to enjoy food, no guilt
Reviewed: 04-02-21
I got to this book because I’m a follower of Sadia Biadei from Pick up Limes. She is focused on a balanced healthy living.
And I definitely loved it. It’s a guide to make peace with food, step by step. Get rid of a dieting and guilty thinking and jus enjoy food.
This means listing to your body and mind and learn to eat better and smarter without depriving yourself.
I rated this book 5 stars because for me it was amazing and in the exact time I needed. I definitely recommend this book to all people it’s such a beautiful journey listening this book and has a lot of mindfulness.. but especially people obsessed with diets, wait loss, eating disorders and frustration and guilt around food rather than enjoying.
