Story
Meddy Chan has been to countless weddings, but she never imagined how her own would turn out. Now the day has arrived, and she can't wait to marry her college sweetheart, Nathan. They find the perfect wedding vendors: a Chinese Indonesian family-run company just like theirs. Meddy is hesitant at first, but she hits it off right away with the wedding photographer, Staphanie, who reminds Meddy of herself, down to the unfortunately misspelled name. But Meddy realizes that is where their similarities end, however, when she overhears Staphanie talking about taking out a target.

Great Listen - going to do the series
Reviewed: 04-07-15
What made the experience of listening to Going Grey the most enjoyable?
The different accents are personalities were easy to follow and the story line was awesome. it started off slow, but then it just went great until the end.
What did you like best about this story?
the morals that everyone seemed to have. it wasnt about the money. it was about the point that something was done wrong and it wasnt the main characters fault. He was the victim and he has rights. I'd like to think in the real world we have people like that.
Which character – as performed by Euan Morton – was your favorite?
i think I went back and forth between Rob and Ian. They were a bit intense. Alike but yet Different.

Would you try another book from Mary B. Morrison and/or Allyson Johnson?
I was disappointed in this book. It didnt feel like MARY B work. Also the person reading the book didnt fit with the characters. It makes all the difference when you are trying to give person with a country accent their "Country Accent".
Would you ever listen to anything by Mary B. Morrison again?
i love her and will always try or buy her books to listen to or read.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Allyson Johnson?
yes. this one didnt fit for her.

Love it!

What made the experience of listening to It's a Thin Line the most enjoyable?
The way I could completely understand each character. I love when it takes a little while to figure them out what makes each character tick. But then I don't like to have to wait too long to figure it out. Once it was explained what was going on in the mind set of each of the main characters. I really felt like. I knew each one.
What was one of the most memorable moments of It's a Thin Line?
When the Mother found out about her Brain Tumor issue. I just lost my mother to pancreatic and lung caner. We found out what she had due to her getting a brain tumor. The recovery and the things her mother went thru, made me remember everything i went thru with my mom. It was like i re-lived the moment. It just shows that most things that you read. Come from True knowledge. In this instance. If you were to tell me, she made the whole way her mom's life played out. I wouldnt believe that she hadn't experienced or knew someone that experienced this.
Have you listened to any of Susan Spain’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I think that I have listend to other books that are narrated by her. She did very well. I would listen to her on other books again.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I WANTED to.. But I have trained myself to only listen during WORK hours. This way i am keeping my mind off the drama and issues in the every day Cubicle life.
Any additional comments?
I love and have read almost everything and now listen to That Kimberla Authors. BRAVO!
